Packaging Standard

Air and sea transportation constitute the two main transportation modes of our company bearings and we have been in strict accordance with the high packaging standards.
Our specific packaging manipulation specification of both air and sea transportation is as follows.
Bearing into the TKP small carton 
The small carton will be put into TKP big cartons. All the cartons should be strong and lined with plastic sheets 
Each big TKP carton shall be fixed with 2 white packing belt channels, both in horizontal and vertical directions 
Based on the previous conventional packaging, the outer layer of air transportation shall be wrapped with a white woven bag and fixed with a white packing belt with three in horizontal directions and two vertical directions. 
Based on the previous conventional packaging, as regards sea transportation, packaged TKP large cartons shall be put into pallets. All the pallets we use for our goods should meet the standards of both exporting and importing countries. 
Each pallet is fixed with a special packing belt and then wrapped with a special moisture-proof film to adapt to long-distance ocean transportation and ensure that both the package and the goods inside are instantly delivered to our customers.
