Heat treatment is the key process to make the bearing have excellent stability and hardness. In its production base, TKP has a production line for automatic heat treatment in a controlled atmosphere, as well as advanced furnaces. It is the continuous heat treatment furnace that use an intermittent progress mesh belt to move the workpiece through the temperature-controlled heating zone before falling into the quenching oil tank and automatically removing them by the hoist. It can be hardened in a controllable atmosphere, thin layer carburizing, carbon nitriding and other heat treatment processes. In the process of heat treatment, the workpieces do not collide with each other, and the air is prevented from entering the furnace by means of furnace heating and controlled atmosphere. As a result, the treated workpieces have a clean, non-decarbonized, uniform surface, low deformation, and high quality, which means they maintain excellent mechanical properties even when used in extreme conditions.

Mechanical processing

Since we have the most advanced machines, we carry out the following procedures in the TKP production factory:
  • Forging
  • Grinding of roller path
  • Superfinishing
  • Subassembly demagnetization
The bearing parts are assembled on an automated production line without the direct intervention of a mechanic and are ready for final inspection and qualification testing. At the end of each stage, the product is inspected for quality control. Once assembled, bearings are tested for noise with an ammeter to check that all previous phases are correct even when used in extreme conditions
